Chinese Communist Party Cultural Construction Research

The formation of the culture of the Chinese Communist Party is based on its continuously institutional operation. Constructing a concept of the culture of the CPC provides us with a unique tool so that we can analyze the Chinese Communist Party, this concept including the Chinese Communist Party's ideology,rules of distributing power,the organizational mode,the relationship among CPC,state and society. With the help of this conceptual tool, we could explore the areas and symbols used by the CPC, it can also help us to clarify the differences between the CPC and other parties, why it acts like that. As well as we control the CPC's cultural system, we can truly understand the CPC and form a comprehensive and accurate assessment of the CPC. And then making substantial contribution to the construction of the CPC.The existing cultural model of the CPC is produced during the special period of planned economy and revolution, it has Maximized its effectiveness after reform and opening up, to some extent, also due to this cultural model fit the environment highly. In the 21st century, especially since the 17th National Congress of the CPC, the rapid changes of our country and the world highlights the inadequacies of the existing model, all the disadvantages bring unprecedented pressure to the construction of the CPC. All the signs have indicated the following 30 years after the 17th congress of the CPC is the crucial time which Chinese politics will transform towards political civilization. Whatever how the world,state situation and party politics changes, democratic,contractual,the rule of law,subjectivity and the standardization of the CPC culture will be the fundamental direction of cultural transformation. CPC culture is the result of its institutionalized operation, the rebuilding of the culture is not only the need to improve and perfect the system, but also need to improve the system as a guarantee.
