Theory And Practice On Socialistic Harmonious Interest

With the new century coming, China's economic and reform development have ushered in a crucial period, facing an unprecedented new situation. On one hand ,we are facing excellent opportunities to develop economic--- "golden times of development", on the other hand , we have to take on the conspicuous challenges of social problems caused by the various contradictions of different social interests .In October 2006, Central Committee of CPC made a timely and decisive determination on " some major issues about build a socialistic harmonious society " ,performed a comprehensive and accurate analysis on China's domestic and abroad situation, and advanced the goal and the main task of building a socialistic harmonious society in 2020. During the past five years, to build a socialistic harmonious society has become the themes of socialist construction deeply rooted among the people . The direction in a time to come forward is depended on the correct understanding and a fundamental grasp of harmonious society. This paper will try to combine the Marxist interests theory with practice of building a harmonious society, try to make more comprehensive and systematic countermeasures research on the origin and the pursuit process, the system structure and practical issues of the " harmonious interests" theory ,and point out that to realize " harmonious interests" is the essence of building a harmonious society. The paper not only reflects"the tendency of the day "principle combined the basic principles of Marxism with China's current realities , but also make some tutorial significance in summarize and grasp building a harmonious society.The whole text divides into five chapters. The first chapter is an introduction, introducing the research background,the research purpose ,the research status, and the research significance of the " harmonious interests" theory in general. The second chapter is a theoretical source and the pursuit history of of harmonious interests, in terms of the Chinese traditional culture and the Marxistic interests theory to deepen the understanding of harmonious interests and pursuit of it in the process of building socialism by Chinese Communists. The third chapter is about the system of harmonious interest, including the concept and feature of harmonious interests , the subject, object and internal relations and the achievement conditions of the harmonious interests. The fourth chapter is practical problems and solution countermeasure we faced in building harmonious interests, specific analysis of the diversification of interests subject, the variety of interests objects, the enlargement of interests differences more sharpening conflicts ,etc.Advances that establish a complete appeal mechanism to ensure the right to express of the interests subject, improve coordinating mechanisms to harmonisierend the interests relationship, refine safeguard mechanism to be the safety net to ensure interests subject's legitimate rights and interests and establish incentive mechanism to guidance the value of socialistic harmonious interest .Chapter Five is the conclusion, to sum up the innovation and deficiencies of this text.The main research methods is theory with practice, analysis and synthesis methods, and the interests of class analysis and the method of combining.
