The Study Of The Administrative Strategy Management Based On Project-Oriented Management

Project-oriented strategy management is a project-centric strategy management. Under the reform of administration system and to build a service-oriented government, the ability of administrative organization to perform administrative duties and provide public social services now become more and more important. As the oriented method, administrative strategy now plays an important role in the development of the administrative organization and become the key factor of the transformation of government functions and improving the ability to provide public services. And the administrative organizations now concentrate in finding an efficiency method to enhance the management and implementation of administrative strategy. However, by the traditional functions of management in oriented model of administrative organization, most of the administrative organization is limited based on the original top-down strategic management structure. The effect of implementation of the strategy isn't as good as expected.This paper aims to the research of project-oriented strategic management. Try to analyze the approach of how project-oriented management works in the administrative organization strategic management and to research how projects take effect in the traditional administrative organization. Try to use a project management perspective to see the traditional administration. And try to establish the value of the way that transforming the administrative work to a project. To discuss the necessity of the project-oriented management for the administrative organization and the feasibility of using project management in an administrative organization, and to put forward the framework of strategic process management system. Try to research the possibility of using project-oriented management to improve the effect of strategy management and implementation of administrative organization in the Administration of Industrial and Commercial departments.
