| Nowadays, globalization makes national security more and more from the traditionally military field penetrate into the political, economic, cultural and other fields. In the face of existence and growth of cultural power, China's cultural security issue becomes real and urgent. Globalization may weaken national culture, when national value orientation is identical with western liberalism, the nation will become the reality what the west longing expected.——Fully identity of western culture from the aspect of value orientation and ideology by many eastern countries and Soviet Union nationals, especially young colleague students long before drastic upheaval, is a precondition for Drastic changes in Eastern Europe and the disintegration of the Soviet Union in late 1980 and early 1990. Therefore, the Soviet Union and Eastern upheaval was not due to the military failure (The NATO and Warsaw Pact signers did not engage in war) , but due to the economy and culture.Back in 2003, Chairman Hu Jintao made the requirements clear "to ensure national cultural security". After the Sixteenth Party Central Committee, the Sixth Plenary Session cultural security together with political security, economic security and information security is listed again as the four national major security issues. The core of cultural safety is the safety of ideology. In order to consolidate the socialist regime, achieve the modernization of the country, we must firmly establish our own core cultural values and consciously resist the invasion of Western unwholesome ideas. Therefore, in the process of modernization, on one hand we study modern science and technology which is conducive to the modern system, absorb all cultures that contributes our nation's development and advancement, on the other hand, we must maintain socialism with Chinese characteristics, promote the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, verily build good socialism with Chinese feature. These all require our paying great importance to the national cultural security in the context of rapid globalization.From macro time background, with Marxist basic theories, this paper will state and elaborate the national culture security is issues raised by current social reality, rather than mere theoretical issue. Dealing with challenges of globalization, development of advanced socialist culture, harmonious culture, and construction of China's cultural security have become a major strategic choice and an absolute requirement by time. What distinguish this article from other research is its view from globalization, in the light of cultural of westernization and differentiation. It state that, on one hand, we shall absorb fine culture of modern world, on the other hand, sublate bad part of traditional culture, promote"Two Excellent Traditions"education, in which we get the aim of better protect national culture security.This paper from the view of culture security discusses the education of"Two Excellent Traditions"in four parts. The first part focuses on the connotation important significance and causes of national culture of security issues; Second, it discusses positive and negative effects it will bring to the socialist core value system; Thirdly it analyses positive significance of the Chinese nation's fine traditions and moral tradition of the Chinese revolution to safeguard national cultural safety; Finally, put forward the strategies and specific manners of how to use the "Two Excellent Traditions" to safeguard national cultural safety. |
