Servicemen Moral Cultivation, From The Sight Of Military Power

The issue of the military ethical education is an old as well as a constantly refreshed subject. In recent years, with the informational age's coming, the advancement of new military revolution, the complicate tendencies of military situation and the diversified tendency of social ideology, have made army men's moral quality put greater influence on the military fighting capacity. The military ethical education, which's level and effect has direct influence the generation and ascend of the military fighting capacity is a basic way to generate and ascend the military moral qualities. However, for a long time, our military ethical education has many problems. For example, the subjects do not have high initiative, education has being replaced with management, the content of the education is far away from reality and the method is lack of innovation, etc. The reason for these problems is that we have not been able to build an organic connection between the military education and the military fighting capacity, the importance of the role that the military education playing in the military fighting capacity has not being paid enough attention. As a result, army men did not got deep understanding and wildly recognized of the military ethical education.Aiming at these opportunities and challenges, this paper studies brings three parts which is on the purposes of strengthening the education of the current military, with the military fighting capacity as the breakthrough point, to research on the military ethical education. The first part deals with the reasons of selecting this theme. The second part analyses the connotation of the military fighting capacity and the military ethical education. Based on the analysis, it is concluded that the relationship between them is the military ethical education is an important way of the military fighting capacity's ascension. The third part describes three functions of the military ethical education, concluding with dealing with the problem of military virtue conflict, enhancing the subject's ability of fighting with outside interference, constructing harmonious atmosphere between army men in order to prove the inevitable connection between the military ethical education and the military fighting capacity further. The fourth one attempts to include the guiding principle and summarize some concrete methods for the reason of ascending the level of military fighting capacity.
