| To construct harmonious society is a topic of China today.Dispute is one of the main factors which affect the developing of harmonious society.To resolve the disputes in a reasonable way, to appease conflict which exists in the society, to reduce disharmonious events, all of the aboveare the inevitable requirement of harmonious society. Xinjiang is multi-ethnic area,and the dispute arising from the daily life between the masses from different ethnic group, can directly impact the ethnic relations, and make the society disharmonious andunstable. So in multi-ethnic area, it is important to resolve dispute reasonably.Based on an empirical study, it researches on the disputes happened in a multi-ethnic village, the author investigatesthe type, cause, the subject and the way to settle disputes.The different methods of dispute solution are separately carried on the analysis.The author alsoanalyses the systemof resolving disputes, and compares the society effect of each method.Finally, withconstructing the harmonious society as the background, and to colligatethe methods of dispute resolution, the author explores the mechanism of dispute resolution in multi-ethnic areas.The author, on the basis of the research,summarizes the ways to settle disputes in shaofangzhuang, andanalyzes the respective advantages and defectsof different methods of dispute solution.Referringto the existing theories of dispute resolution, it puts forward its own ideas for solving the problemsin the national mixing-up area.Making the harmonious society as guideline, the mechanism use the legalmeans as main method andnon-contentiousas supplementwhich can reduce cost and be moreeffective. Finally,it finds out an efficient systemto consolidate and strengthen the legal means, makes the non-legal ways more health and the relations of the two kind of ways better. |
