The Research Of The Construction Of Interpersonal Relationships In Sichuan Post-Quake Reconstruction

Interpersonal relationships is a social relationship in the process of production or activity, include family relations, friends relations, organizational relations and so on. Interpersonal relationships is that people receive material support and emotional support. Natural environmental factors and social environmental factors affect the status of interpersonal relationships . Such as flood, earthquake are damage to interpersonal relationships.2008 5-12 Wenchuan earthquake has not only caused huge economic losses and a large number of casualties, but also affect the existing interpersonal relationships, disrupted social life statue. After earthquake, Despite the adoption of post-disaster reconstruction has completed the material reconstruction, but construction of Interpersonal relationships does not end, this is a long-term concern and require problem.Social reconstruction after earthquake ,specially the construction of Interpersonal relationships is more complex and difficult than the material reconstruction, so this paper focus on the construction of Interpersonal relationships .This paper is based on investigative research, author has done in-depth researches in earthquake disaster area. This paper combines theory and practice. Totally speaking, this paper firstly comb and analysis the theory about post-earthquake reconstruction and Interpersonal relationships; Secondly combine with the investigation of Xiamakou village in Shifang, main analysis from the change on the earthquake area people's psychological status, family relations, community relations, organizational relations and the relationship between cadres and masses after earthquake and in the reconstruction process; Finally, considering the situation in Sichuan disaster area and elaborate solution of construction of Interpersonal relationships in Sichuan after earthquake. This paper propose that post-quake construction of Interpersonal relationships needs to combine the country's policy, the care of social and the earthquake area people's participation, through improve policy measures, maintain social sustainable care, let the earthquake area people actively participate in the reconstruction, play the main role of earthquake area people in reconstruction, thus to promote the earthquake area people's interpersonal relationships to recovery and construction.This paper argues that the construction of Interpersonal relationships emphasize people-oriented ,that is the pillar of the earthquake area people's life reconstruction, can help them regain living confidence ,return to normal life order and make the earthquake area sustainable develop.
