This article will put forward some reference from the western countries'experiences through the analysis of Corporate Social Responsibility theory combined with the current situation of corporate social responsibility.This paper analyzed CSR from the point of law; the author considers that the social responsibility of the enterprises should be formulated with law enforcement. The social responsibility of the enterprise legal significance is to realize the social stakeholders' rights in the production process of enterprise's. The legal nature of corporate social responsibility is worth emphasizing, strengthening the enterprise's social responsibility is not merely to improve social stakeholders' treatment, but also pursuing the rights of the social stakeholders as an independent subject.The deeper social significance of our guarantee and pursuit to the rights of social stakeholders'rights is to realize the social stakeholders'personality freedom and human dignity. The relationship between the stakeholders should be the same problem_solved by both the Enterprise management and the legal adjustment. Since humanism is their common starting point, also is the common pursuit of their goal. Corporate social responsibility is not only a business enterprise management standard, and more should be included in the legal adjustment category.
