Democratic political construction is an important aspect because it is related to the sustainable development of our society. Since the early 1980s, our country began to carry forward the Villagers' Self-governance, Rural grassroots democracy practice has gradually constituted the important research content in the theory field. The party plays the center rule in our social construction and development, therefore, Rural grassroots party construction plays the pivotal role to implementing the villager self-governance earnestly and deepening rural social democracy. In China, Sichuan which owns a vast land and the large population is an important agricultural province, and its rural society development statement has diversity and typical characteristics. Since 1990s, the villager self-governance in Sichuan has got comprehensive promotion. In the innovation of the rural grassroots democratic political construction, Sichuan also go ahead among the whole country, especially in the construction of democracy exploration aspect appeared some models with national influence, for instance Xindu election, Step cloud model. In this background, the importance of Sichuan's Rural grassroots party construction is prominent, so discussing its theory pectination and explore has important theoretical and practical significance.This essay based on the empirical research about rural areas in Sichuan province, and take the villager self-governance for perspective, analyzing the existing problems and situation about countryside grass-root party construction in Sichuan province, according to these analysis offer the proposals which are used to strengthen the construction of rural party organization in Sichuan.This essay is divided into five parts, the first part is the introduction in which illustrated the background and significance of this topic, at the same time, defined and analyzed the basic concepts existing in this paper on the basis of the research results.
