In recent years, grass-roots public servants ranks of our country growing,many of the problems can not be ignored and the resulting contradictions, such as the preparation of small, less than the total civil service, aging, poor working conditions, narrow space of promotion,, staff enthusiasm and creativity can not be given full play and other issues..In terms of our government, how to use modern methods and concepts of human resource management to promote the development of civil service personnel and development of grassroots government organizations to improve the execution of great significance.This study was designed to study of the relationship of Job Characteristics, Job Burnout and job satisfaction.More of previous studies in business or non-profit organizations for employees as research subjects, some studies suggest that job characteristics on job satisfaction has a positive impact of good, and job burnout is job satisfaction of civil servants have a negative impact, but this study grass-roots civil service for a particular object of study subjects according to the characteristics and dimensions of the previous literature were classified and found that job burnout is a grassroots civil servants double-edged sword, both on the positive impact of job satisfaction, but also has a negative effect influence job satisfaction of civil servants and work performance. Therefore, this paper aims to establish a working features-burnout-relationship model of job satisfaction, and burnout-related factors as mediating variables to study characteristics on the impact of job satisfaction, attention to work characteristics, job satisfaction of these three the relationships between variables, clear job burnout and job satisfaction of mechanism, through the findings put forward relevant measures to help improve the management of grass-roots level of the civil service, improving efficiency, improving the health status of junior civil servants, contribute to government to strengthen our grassroots talent attraction and competitiveness. Basic characteristics of civil servants through empirical research to adjust the existing structure of primary tasks of civil servants in order to improve grass-roots civil servants work satisfaction. |
