Western "just War Theory" Comment

There has been long discussion about the war. Mainly refers the rationality, legality, and justifiability. The Just War tradition is based on the basis of arguments. It emphasizes what the war is and what should be done in the war which from three perspectives:the political reason, the juridical system and ethical principles. The Just War tradition has retained a remarkable vitality and power well into our own times.The article analyzes ideological basis, basic principles and theoretical sources of the Western Just War theory. Meanwhile, I took the Kosovo War and Libyan crisis as examples of the practical application of the theory. To comment the theory from perspectives of theory and practice. Although the Just War tradition's main concepts and argues are both possible and advantageous to resort to them in discussing and evaluating some problems, I just propose to use the global justice to establish a just and reasonable international political and economic order. The article emphasizes objective understanding and careful analysis of conflicts and wars. It would be a mistake to use it for nation interests.
