The Research On Similarities And Differences Of Sino-Russia' Interests Under The Frame Of The Shanghai Cooperation Organization

The emergence of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization has significant influence to international society. During last ten years, Sino-Russia and countries of central Asian have gained lots of achievements in the fields of economy and culture and so on in the sphere of the SCO. China and Russia are the most important countries in the SCO.In the future, the SCO is a system of regional cooperation which has strong life and bright prospect. On one hand, China and Russia should harden the foundation of cooperation under the sphere of the SCO. On the other hand, Sino-Russia and countries of central Asian should enlarge the fields of cooperation and make more contribution to safety and economic prosperity of this area.The paper can be divided into five components. The first part is preface. This part mainly studies the meaning of choosing paper's topic. This part also studies the current situation and methods of the paper's research. The second part mainly studies the background information of the SCO's emergence and development. It contains the background information of the SCO's emergence. It also briefly studies the process of establishing and enlarging of the SCO; The third part mainly studies that China and Russia has common interests under the sphere of the SCO. It contains the content on common interests in the fields of economy and safety between Sino-Russia under the frame of the SCO; The fourth part mainly studies the different interests between China and Russia under the sphere of the SCO. This part contains the content of different aims and key points between Sino-Russia and the different attitudes to the enlargement of the organization between China and Russia under the sphere of the SCO; The fifth part mainly studies the measures of cooperation between Sino-Russia under the frame of the SCO. It mainly contains the content to harden the foundation and enlarge the fields of cooperation between China and Russia under the frame of the SCO.
