| Moral education is to teach one to be a person, so the school moral education should start from people and social reality. In the moral education process, we must follow rules.Moral education can't be without life. Life is the basis of moral education. Moral education should return to life education, labor practice and basic moral integrity. Returning to the root can improve the effectiveness of moral education. Moral education'goal is the desired result of moral education activities in certain period. Moral education'goal is not single. It is a target system with inner structure. Successful moral education must determine target system and make the target requirements from low to high, from shallower to deeper. We should make the moral content structure and character formation have a relationship at crosswise and lengthways, and have a spiral rise. Moral education target plays an important role in the moral education work. It can determine the directions, unify recognition, plan action and fix deviation. It is the basic requirement of scientific moral education. The process of moral quality include improving moral cognition, edifying moral sentiment, exercising moral will, setting moral beliefs and developing moral habits. These essential factors interact, restrict and permeate with each other. Their relationship can be summarized as: moral cognition is the basis; moral sentiment is impetus; moral belief is motive power and brace; moral will is the lever of behavior; moral behavior is the outward manifestation of the others. Implementation of moral education must follow the law of character's formation. The first law is that every factor of ideology and moral character develop at the same time. The second is that ideology and moral character as a person's inner thought has a paradoxical movement. The third one is moral character's formation and development has a long-term course and change repeatedly. We also should follow the law of moral education. The first law is many influencing factors impact moral education process. The second one is that activities and interactions are the supporter of moral education. The last one is to coordinate and control all kinds of influencing factor to make them have the same direction. Moral law is invented by people. It's an objective existence. How to recognize these laws is a long-term and hard work, however, this is what we must do and must do it well. If we work hard, that will make our understanding more and more close to reach objective laws. Only when we know the laws well and obey them in practical work, can the educators and students have a resonance, can the students approve our education.
