Doctor Zhivago is written by writer Boris Pasternak form former Soviet union. This work won the Nobel prize for literature in1958, and first been published in the west, then it was made into a Hollywood movie in1965while it was forbidden in domestic. Either it was been supported or opposed, after time setting in1988, it was regression and to be official publication. The UK adapted the novel into a movie in2002. in2006, Russia made a11set TV series based in the novel too, and been out in Russia. Both three films gained widespread praise and recognition. Doctor Zhivago actually is a work of the reflection of revolutionary pattern of the former Soviet union. Different countries based on the same history in different time, that is to say, literature resources are used by different social and different historical context which covers the cancelation of the original elements,the story changes,the change of the ideological between the east and west. And the different reflection in the work on cultural among American, British and Russian cannot been ignored. Hoping that in the analysis of the adaption to this classic novel, it can give some reference on similar film in the type of political and historic theme.This paper processing the text analysis on the three adaption based on Doctor Zhivago, which is mainly with the related theory of communication, narration. The first part of this paper expounds in the background of modern global and also based on the reality of cross-cultural communication and diversity cultural, and it is related to the theory of the three work's adaptation and innovation. The second part using the aesthetics film and narrative theory analysis the three work and expounds the difference between the texts. How to tell the same story and what's the emphasis of different versions. The third part based on the background of film culture, including the time, nationality, social analysis. This part according to these three aspects to illustrate the different. The forth part giving some reference in the creation and communication of China film involves the history and political, creation in the context of globalization.
