This article presents the British cognitive psychologist F· C· Bartlett's masterpiece "remembering" issues of research and analysis. Through the analysis of the schema and social factors, I use Cognitive-Context as the research paradigm to explore the content of which contains a wealth of cognitive thinking.On Bartlett's masterpiece " Remembering:A Study in Experimental and Social Psychology "(1932), he believes that remembering is regular and predictable. It subjects to the control of systematic errors, also pointed out that the phenomenon of memory error by the memory of those attitudes, beliefs, schemata, and so anticipate the combined effects. He suggested memory as a constructive process to be examined. Our own interpretation and bias for us to "remembering " played a huge role, not simply to only from the literal word for word to remember a particular object. Every normal person in everyday life often comes into contact with the material to design experiments. This process included duplication of pictures and folk tales focus on the distortion and change the way people repeat interval after an extended period of study of these materials. The most famous experiment is "The War of The Ghost". Bartlett made the subjects were repeat in the period of time after the reading of a North American traditional folk tales, the differences of the story has been test with the original story during the processing. Further more, we can be found in the memory process, many factors not easy to find how to play their respective roles alternately. At the beginning, Bartlett selected20Cambridge University students as the subjects, and then gradually expanded to more than40people. The story of the repetition time interval ranging from between15minutes and20hours to four months, the longest one even lasted up to10years. Through this series of long-term experimental observations, Bartlett summarized the five constitute a way of "remembering":The Method of Description, The Method of Picture Writing, The Method of Repeated Reproduction, The Method of Serial Reproduction.Bartlett occupies an important position in the memory study.He not only jumped out of the stereotype of the the Ebbinghaus's association later, but the first proposed characterization of the problem after the empirical studies also memory50years. He pointed out that the memory as the basis of the characterization of human knowledge, which played an important role in the formation of cognitive psychology.Although many of the views of Bartlett's exude a modern cognitive model, however, under the conditions at the time many people do not agree with his ideas and methods. With the continuous deepening of the Cognitive Science and emotional psychology heats up, the Bartlett's philosophy of cognitive thinking will cause people more attention and thinking.
