China has a good reputation of laudatory name in the history, ritual plays an important role in our traditional cultural system, in other words, laudatory is the basic character and sign of Chinese traditional cultural. A society can not be survived without laudatory no matter whatever it's form is.However, when it comes to the topic of the culture of Qin, the first impression of them leave to people is their strong military culture, cruel punishment,"and their value orientation pay a great attention to utility but at the same time they ignore ethics, and the tragic of their transient history. The Qin, who advocate the laws and governments, people usually think they are insulation with laudatory. But in fact Qin also pay a great attention to laudatory culture, no matter from unearthed cultural relics or history documents.As the first feudal dynasty of China, Qin's laudatory, not only reference with other six countrys', but also denotes a blueprint for China's feudal society which last for more than two thousand years. Although Qin's period is transient, just like a star which cross the history's sky in a moment and immediately drop down to the black hole of history. This chapter based on the archaeological material, through the courtesy, and the ritual, the folk manners ethos changes to the Shang Yang's innovation has discussed on the absorption of weeks etiquette culture change.Chapter4:the Qin dynasty, after the establishment of the Qin dynasty in order to safeguard the stability, the ruler force advocates morality education, and Qin dynasty's laudatory has a great influence to these step dynasty.
