So conduct a comprehensive survey of the minorities is particularly necessary about active funeral customs in the period of Wei, Jin, southern and Northern dynasties. Because each nation has its own difference from other peoples'burial, especially early in the multi-national, it is even more apparent. An important basis for the origin of this study is the study of ethnic differences meanwhile we can find out the national characteristics of the funeral and can also take the ethnic problems of identifying ancient tombs.During the Wei, Jin and southern and Northern dynasties, people continue to absorb the culture of the Chinese nation by exchange and integration, which led to the development of their culture at the same time. The funeral culture of minority nationalities in this period has added new features, at the same time, national funeral in all periods were constantly changing, and more systematic and complete. Various ethnic groups has built national funeral culture because of varying levels of economic development, geographical environment, the area of the environment, together with the original of different religious beliefs, different traditional styles. We find out the funeral custom fuelling of research and find all national funerals custom of evolution and new of a feature which has important significance not only for minority family but for family source. At the same time we can find peep minority buried custom and then realize the relationship between economy and political development. In respect for minority customs of foundation, we can change old behind of custom, speed up economic development of national area and consolidate unified of more national.This article focuses on the main ethnic funeral customs system active in the period of Wei, Jin, southern and Northern dynasties using combination of literature and archaeological discoveries. There are six parts. First summarize the main ethnic minorities in the period and funeral customs review by using a summary of archaeological tombs and funeral customs review, using a summary of archaeological tombs and then analyze this period integration of minority nationalities and religious infiltration effect on the evolution of ethnic funeral customs.
