Western Marxism with its theory of the time span for a long time, the magnitude of the ideological content of the far-reaching and influential has been the focus of all theoretical circle, and Frankfurt School as the backbone of this genre always been of concern. By analysis the three reason of their theory dispute, refining two critical mode of Western Marxism——aesthetic criticism and ideological criticism. summarizes of the difference between theory give useful suggestions to the development of cultural industries in China.
