| The level of city's creative industry is an important sign of its soft power. Creative industry financing is an important approach and fundamental force ensuring the formation of creative capital. Among all the issues concerning culture industry investment, the innovation of creative financing mechanism is a prerequisite for increasing the financing channels and a basic guarantee for the development of creative industry. The theoretic study of creative industry and the development of cultural establishments and enterprises show that, if China wants to expand and strengthen its creative industry, it has to make financial innovation and creative enterprises grow better. After a deepened research the author finds that so far research work both home and abroad mainly focuses on creative industry and creative economics, while works on the financing of creative industry remain rare. It is true that some relevant views and discussions of specialists and scholars are scattered in their documents, but none of them has been systematically studied and refined, let alone those on its financing mechanism. This dissertation systematically reviews the relevant documents both home and abroad, elaborates the practice and research on the financing and financing mechanism of international creative industry and manifests the present state of financing mechanism of China creative industry and its problems, so as to inherit, extend, and deepen the relevant ideas in this field. Aim at solving the problems of the present financing mechanism, this paper analyses the present condition of creative industry financing input and output of many provinces in China by using positivism analyzing of DEA, and gives several suggestions to come into being the multilevel, multiway and multichannel creative industry and financing system.I uses empirical data in analyzing the financing mechanism of creative industry in China by charts, diagrams and DEA model, and put forward some proposals in the innovation of creative industry financing in China. Conceive a plan that market operation plays a main role, supplemented by government support and political continuity. Speed up the financial tool reform by formulating creative industry financing policy. Form the Chinese creative industry multifactor financing mechanism of social extensive participation and standard running. Because of the financing of creative industry remain rare, the empirical analysis used in the diploma work is the new point. The thesis has the example of the creative industry financing of other foreign countries which may play an important role in the develop of Chinese creative industry financing.By ways of using literature analysis, empirical analysis, comparative analysis and other methods, the dissertation comes to the following conclusions:1.China should learn from the successful experiences of other countries, extend its financing chains, diversify the ways of financing and make the creative industry financing channels smooth.2. It must be established that financing mechanism with market operation playing a main role, supplemented by government support and political continuity.4. This dissertation put forward some measures to solve the current situation of the creative industry financing to make Chinese creative industry grow better. |
