Unreasonable clothing style is the style that is difficult to summarize the regular pattern to transform stereoscopic style to planar graphic by elementary mathematics. Based on the planar constitution, unreasonable clothing style is researched in this paper. Five kinds of them are made, pleat, braid, bow, joint and twist, totally 32 garments. Their planar pattern is analyzed and their generality and difference are summed up. One of them is specially researched, including structure factors and fabric factors, in order to find out relevance mould.About the structure factors, the incising line has three values while the spreading distance has seven values. So there're 21 planar patterns. Each of the 21 garments has got a score by experts. Some factors such as the number of incising line, the spreading distance, the number of pleats, the average depth of pleats, the average length of pleats, the thickness of tie, the angles of left and right, are all regarded as structure factors. SPSS software is used to analyze the relevance of the score and the structure factors, including correlation, linear regression and curve estimation, and find out which factor has the close relevance with the score. Also, the correlation and regression of all the structure factors are analyzed. Finally, the equation of the score and the incising line, the spreading distance is established, through stepwise method of multinomial linear regression. That is the evaluation mould of the structure factors.About the fabric factors, six kinds of fabric are chosen to test eight kinds of performance,26 indexes. Then the indexes are concluded to three divisors F1 (curve, thickness and weight, overhang coefficient divisor), F2 (shear divisor), F3 (stretching, overhang divisor), which are used as new variables. Two different directions of fabric are suggested, so twelve garments need to be made and assessed by experts. The conclusion is that the fabric direction should be paralleled to collar. SPSS software is also used to analyze the relevance of the score and three divisors, including correlation, curve estimation and multinomial linear regression, to find out which divisor has the close relevance with the score and get the equations of the score and three divisors separately. Finally, the equation of the score and all of the divisors is established, ie the evaluation mould of the fabric factors.The structure design, fabric matching and fabric direction are researched for twist garment, helping to increase productiveness and make them more beautiful. Also, the research provides pattern foundation for using digitalizing technology to show clothing style virtually in the future.
