Yang Jiang's Novel Bathing: The Dialogic Nature And Text Analysis

Dialogue is an important part of a novel, and the dialogic nature is the key point to the success of a novel. This thesis intends to make an attempt to examine the dialogic nature of Bathing written by Yang Jiang based on Bakhtin's dialogic theory. The dialogic nature of Bathing is determined by three aspects, the dialogic nature of its language, structure and content, it exists not only in the specific dialogue of novel, still in the passages which act in cooperation with each other, in the plot structure of the novel, in the complete artistic images, in the novel text and real life, it is a construct form of the whole novel. The significance of the novel is realized by the in-depth conversation among the dialogue people, it is constantly replenished. The dialogue between the novel Bathing and human can't be ended in future, this dialogue which is unable to complete with the unknown future will continue for ever.
