| Tai Bei Hua Yin Dang was wrriten by Zhu Jianing who is living in Taiwan.The phonology research on Tai Bei Hua Yin Dang is a dialect rhyming dictionary research on Minnan Dialect. Tai Bei Hua Yin Dang is a book reflecting the voice of modern Taibei department.This paper intends to study Tai Bei Hua Yin Dang for systematic sound system. It will be put the Hui Yin Miao Wu and Hui ji Ya Su Tong Shi Wu Yin together, then reflect the history of Minnan Dialect longitudinal comparative phonology. Taipei voice seeks to more clearly demonstrate the development of the source, then commitment to the Minnan dialect。The Department will be conducted with the medieval tone duration compared to Taipei, then sought to tease out the historical context of the development, organize the development and evolution of the relevant law.
