With the continual process reflection and attention of Feminism and Feminist Art, more and more are turning their eyes to the research of female painting. There are many research topics about female painting, but this paper will not again discuss the lack of feminine art in the whole human art history, but based on experiences of living and emotion of the main female artists in Chinese and western painting, the author w ill discuss why they preferred image representive canvas as their painting expression media, and found their emotion home. From their living background, creation environment,painting themes and picture expression meaning,the author digs out the female artists'interest orientation,and give us a new understanding to female painting with objective review.This paper mainly discusses what is female image paintings and what brought female artists involving in image canvas. The author will analyze the reasons in these three aspects:"female artists'born-fate", "the emotion vent with female color ", and 'the color system tend to rational perception" and the author pay more attention to the latter two ones. Be lack of political, rights, culture, scientific discourse to profound reflection, women are no doubt the history existence. It doesn't mean that women in human society is the higher animals except for men. With human and social development, the only human beings to change unchanged pursuit of freedom, pursuing equality of continuous efforts and reflection. From the slave society, feudal society, capitalist society, to the socialist society, human survival social system with resistance in war and negotiations and dynasty -rotated, in this process, the female is always the edge of important role in historical events.Even if there occasionally come out several prominent women and they were also remembered just as women. In large human recorded, in people' subconscious mind, if the women do especially outstanding,and then she must be judged by male criteria. In opposite side, no philosopher, politicians or scientists are willing to judge a man by female criteria. Art industry, as human's third industry, is satisfy increasingly growing demand of human spiritual culture. Art has always been regarded as creative fields, because it advances with human mind. Without individual character is artist pursuit' taboo, so there is no female status in any artistic development. Why the phenomena appears,more art critics or historian are exploring it.
