Children are believed to be the future of our motherland.As the teachers in the starting stage of their life, kindergarten teachers play an important role. The psychological health level of young teachers has great impact on the psychological development of children, who are their future educational subjects. However, research on this group is rare at present. This research will focus on the analysis of the relationship among adaptation of entrants of Preschool Teachers'Training School and the social support , as well as the coping style to provide some theoretical support to school management..665 entrants of Shijiazhuang Preschool Teachers'Training School have been interviewed by the way of qusetionnaire, which combines stratified sampling and random sampling. Questionnaire used in the study includes: "Freshman Adjustment Scale" by Chen Jun; " Preschool Teachers'Training Entrants Adjustment Inventory", worked out on the base of the former; "Social Support Scale" by Zime; " Simple Coping Questionnaire"by Yaning in 1995. This research uses SPSS16.0 to analyse the collected data and emphases on the relations among the adaptation of entrants, social support and coping styles concerned.Conclusions:(1)Rural students can adapt themselves to the school management system better than the urban students; the only child in one family can adapt himself to the campus living environment significantly better than the one that are not the only child in his/her family; student leaders'ability of environmental adaptation and interaction are significantly better than those average students; extrovert students'adaptation dimension to the environment is superior to that of the introvert ones or thoses with complex personalities. There are significant differences in the dimension of adaptation in the different characteristics in life, extrovert students'adaptation is the best, follewed by both extrovert and introvert students and introvert students. There are obvious differences in the adapation to study enviroment and in the interaction to different majors. The students of ordinary preschool education major are the best in the adaptation to enviroment, followed by major of art, dance, English and music; while in the dimension of interaction, the best is the students from ordinary preschool education major, followed by major of dance, art, English and music. (2) In the part of social support, the only child is better than the non-only child; boarders is worse than non-boarders; students leaders get more family support significantly than ordinary students; different personality types of students are different in the social support, extrovert students get the most support from friends or families, followed by the type combining both extrovert and introvert, introvert students get the least support; students of different majors are different in social support, such as those from ordinary preschool education major get most family support, followed by major of dance, English,art, music,while in the part of friend support, students of English major surpass those from majors of music and art.(3) Student leaders are more active than ordinary students in the part of coping style; students of different personality types are different in dimensions of coping styles, extrovert personality is more active than introvert personality and the complex personality; in the part of the positive response dimension, ordinary pre-school education students are superior to those of English, fine arts, music majors.(4) The students who get the most social support can adapt themselves to enviroment best, those who get lest support behave worst; the higher the level of social support is, the more active coping style will be; in the dimension of adaptation, active response-oriented students are better than negative response-oriented students; social support and coping style can better predict the status of students' adjustment to school, social support can directly influence students'adaptation, while coping style also influence adaptation indirectly...
