In the palace of art, dance and music just like a twin flower, dance is the shape of music and music is the sound of dance, they are inseparable, relying as fish and water. In the long history, they influent each other and gradually blend to form the most human wonderful chapter in the art. The combination of auditory arts and visual arts have bring the aesthetic experience and artistic enjoyment to people.Dance is the art of creating beauty, but dance is a painful and cruel process. In order to promote the achievement of the beauty, dance training must be rigorous and scientific, to train dancers with super flexibility and strength, and at the same time, reducing the hardships of training. In the training process, the music is really important. If dancers pay more attention to the use of music, to enhance music appreciation and improve the aesthetic level by learning basic music theory knowledge, music will help enhance the perception of dance movements, triggering dancers'imagination and association, and make emotional resonance with dancing words, dance on the basis of the standard specifications to a higher level, become vivid and full of spirituality, more likely to cause the audience's emotional response.This paper is based on the music of the important role of dance training, analyzing the relationship between music and dance training. Dance training in a specific set of music which has a vital role. In order to arouse the attention of music, the paper analyzes and summarizes the effectiveness of dance music to play training techniques, making the dance training become more scientific. Guiding people to improve the aesthetic power of music and dance's aesthetic level, and strive to achieve aesthetic and dance music, the perfect combination of aesthetics.
