A Study On The "Human-Powered Search" Issues In The Light Of Ethics

The Internet With the rapid development of Internet technology, internet now has become one with most of participants and the largest scale in the 21st century. It also brings human activities into a network society. Internet Communication is different to that of the real world. It shortens the physical distance between people, and makes people close. But with the development of net communication, many ethical problems on net communication have been revealed. It is on this condition that " Human-powered search " is born."Human-powered search"is a kind of tools for information research. It is a sword with double blades. On the one hand, it can expand supervision by the people, and t open up new channels of supervision, frightening the wrong activities. On the other hand, the anonymity of the network society leads to a series of violations, doing harm to the legitimate rights and interests of some, which causes lots of network ethic problems, and even legal problems. Although it has lots of disadvantages, it can not be refused completely. It is feasible to regulate it with law and manner, and guide it to the track of healthy development above.based on the analysis of the development and problems of"Human-powered search", this thesis applies Habermas's discourse ethics theory to make a systematic study on the formation of ethical consensus, the construction of ethic regulation mechanism, as well as the improvement of users of the self-discipline.
