The present social environment is pretty complicated:our spiritual emptiness is increasing, the gap between rich and poor is widening, and competition is becoming more serious. With it, students feel the great pressure. In this context, students'sense of happiness is threatened. Therefore, in order to help students get more valuable and more meaningful life experiences and make them happier so as to enhance their well-being of mental health, it is of vital importance to do research in this area.A literature review about the study on happiness at home and abroad reveals the internal mechanism of happiness:a sense of individual performance targets and identification of individual well-being of the interaction. This study builds on the basis of this theory and combines other factors. It designs a once a week, a total of eight courses to experience happiness and intervene the sense of happiness of thirty-two college students. Questionnaires are distributed before and after intervention for college students and the results are compared. During the last three months, one- hour happy parties are thrown once a week. Post-test questionnaires about sense of happiness and self group lessons are distributed after the gathering. And the results are compared with the former results. So the result of happiness intervention is examined. Meanwhile, three case studies are conducted in order to compensate for the lack of quantitative research. The analysis on the comparison between the pre-test and the post-test and case studies shows that students' comprehensive well-being, subjective well-being and psychological well-being have a statistically significant increase. The effect of this kind of happiness enhancement has been maintained during the follow-up meeting after three months of happy gathering. Case studies have shown that, through the well-being promotion programs, the individual gains in life more valuable and more meaningful life experiences and they feel happier inside. The conclusion of study is:individual performance goals and a sense of identity can significantly affect the basis of the theory of individual happiness; happiness course combined with other factors designed to enhance students'happiness is valid. This happiness curriculum is instructive for the follow-up enhancing the students' well-being.
