Newspaper and Magazine Advertisements are important selling methods of real estate. With the fast growing of the real estate business, the influence of Newspaper and Magazine Advertisements is extending rapidly. As one of the key structure elements in it, the language is the material carrier of the real estate to express information and communicate with the consumers. Therefore, the language in Newspaper and Magazine Advertisements of real estate is drawing more and more attention now, especially in the area of Linguistics Science.This thesis selected the discourse in Newspaper and Magazine Advertisements of Real Estate as the study object. The writer mainly used the Rhetoric theory and concerned the content of consuming Psychology, in order to study the good case in the Newspaper and Magazine Advertisements of real estate. There are four main dimensions, which are Phonetic Rhetoric, Words Rhetoric, Sentence Rhetoric and Speech. In addition, the affinities in linguistic about the Series Advertisements of Real Estate in Newspaper and Magazine are also involved in this thesis. The purpose of this thesis is to increase the research of Newspaper and Magazine Advertisements of Real Estate Language, and rich the study of Applied Linguistics.The main Characteristics of this thesis are listed as following. At first, the examples are fresh and detailed, which all come from the good cases published in 2009. Second, the study range has been extended, reflecting on the study on the affinities in linguistic about the Series Advertisements of Real Estate in Newspaper and Magazine. At last, research method diversity could be seen in the thesis, for including both Qualitative and Quantitative Study, and using different theories in many other areas, such as Communication, Advertising Psychology and so on.
