High School Students "the Effort Is Weidun" Analysis And Countermeasures

Demoralization of high school students is an important, but ignored problem.This thesis begins with the concept and types of high students'demoeralization, analyzes the causes, forming process and developing stages, and raises corresponding countermeasures.Demoralization is a negative psychological state whose inner is a kind of incapability and subjective uncontrollability when an individual deals with psychological conflicts. The main five embodiments of demoralization is incapability, powerlessness, helplessness, hopelessness and uselessness. According to different situations, it can be categorized five types:cognition deviation, relationship ossification, pessimism and hoplessness, motive defected, and the mixed.The deviation of self-assessment of high school students leads in the subjective uncontollability, which results in their demoralization, while kinds of psychological conflicts in their growth process decrease their self-confidence. Futhermore, during the individuals dealing with thees pschological conflicts, those negative replies strengthen stability and extension of theirs. Then, the problems appear as demoralization which go through three stages:puzzled-depressed, scared-helpless and powerless-hopeless.According to different stages, the modification of high school students' demoralization have different emphasis. In the earlier stage, the adaption should begin to transform thoughts and attitudes; in the further stage, to stimulate the sense of dominance is the key point; and to analyze and promote psychological growth corresponds to the last stage. Additionally, the prevention of demoralization should be put on in the educational administration, and the concept sholud be implemented that education not only corrects the students'defects, but also helps students get positive personal charecteristics, which pursuit the value of diagnosing and leading the students to raise and motive themselves.
