| This study is based on the literature, for the characteristics of employees, using theoretical analysis to assist the survey method. After the survey and research on the psychological conflict, coping style and self-esteem of the 287 employees of ten enterprises in Jiangsu province, the main conclusions are as follows:1. The main psychological conflict of employees is:the conflict of its own concept and social environment, the conflict of internal needs and economic conditions, internal conflict between the need. And, there are significant differences in gender, income levels, education levels and housing levels.2. The main coping style of employees is problem-solving, followed by help-seeking, self-blaming at least. In addition, the female scores were higher than the male expecting problem-solving. And, there are significant differences in gender, income levels, education levels and the levels of marriage.3. There are significant differences of employees'self-esteem in the educational levels and income levels.4. Employee self-esteem, psychological conflicts, coping style has close relationships. The mature coping style, as problem-solving and help-seeking has positively correlation with self-esteem. And, the immature coping style, as self-blaming, avoiding, imagining and rationalization has significantly negatively correlation with self-esteem. Self-esteem has negative correlation with all of the various types of psychological conflict, and the correlation in general was significantly.5. Self-esteem is predicted strongly by the conflict of its own concept and social environment; the conflict of want but do not want to pay; the conflict caused by love, sex and sexual morality; independent-dependent, submissive-rebellious; problem-solving and self-blaming. |
