Abstract/Summary:
Weakness of cooperation consciousness in Chinese and foreign teachers' minds is a very important reason that effect the improvement for the training schools run by the private and to realize to provide international English teaching level with high quality. The thesis conducts a survey for cooperation consciousness cultivation between Chinese and foreign teachers in the training schools run by the private of Changchun.The thesis mainly introduces means of literature, questionnaire survey and interview, and find out actuality of cooperation consciousness cultivation between Chinese and foreign teachers in the training schools comprehensively.The thesis is based on theory researching and analysises examples assistance subsidiary. The writer has read lots of Chinese and foreign language magazines and thesises to find out people foremost management theory, comparative culture between China and West, coopetative theory, etc. The writer also had an interview with five English training schools run by the local people in Changchun, Jinlin Province, communicated sufficiently with the schoolmasters, managers, Chinese teachers and foreign teachers of the training schools, sent out one hundred and forty Chinese questionnaires and one hundred and forty English questionnaires and then took back one hundred and forty effective questionnaires. The writer excavated deeply the problems and insufficiency of the group of Chinese and foreign teachers in training schools run by the local people according to summarize the communication and analysis the questionnaires. It finds some problems that involved the weak communication ability of Chinese teachers, the lack of national culture and teaching method between Chinese and foreign teachers, fast flow of foreign teachers, and the manager's monopolization power in management who represents just one culture.The thesis explores and summarizes to train the tactic of cooperation consciousness between Chinese and foreign teachers aiming at the problems. First of all, training schools run by local persons should circulate the developing tactics and situation of the school to Chinese and foreign teachers in time. The schools encourage all the teachers to take part in and constitute the developing tactics in order to improve their responsibility consciousness. The second, the English communication ability of the Chinese teachers should be improved to realize the efficient communication with foreign teachers. The third, the schools should organize Chinese and foreign teachers to know teaching methods of the opposite country to strengthen self-identity. The fourth, the Chinese and foreign teachers should increase the culture knowledge of opposite country. And at last, the foreign teachers can be selected to join the management, which makes the cooperation start from the management rank, aiming at helping schools stabilize the group of teachers, establish highly efficient cooperation team, in order to improve teaching quality and overall competitive of the schools. In addition, the education degree, work experience, and personnel diathesis of the foreign teachers exert an imperceptible influence on the cooperation consciousness training. But these are the minor factors.
