Responses Research Body Of Discourse "(inverted)" Class

The object of this thesis is the response structure of the class of daoyeshi. The response structure deserves the characteristics that idiomatization in form, usage relatively stable and distribution merely at the response's turn. This thesis is just a study for the response structure of the class of daoyeshi which mainly contains daoyeshi, yeshi and zhe/nadaoshi. We analyze the distributive conditions of daoyesh., yeshi and zhe/nadaoshi in modern Chinese firstly, and then confirm the key word shi of the response structure of the class of daoyeshi is adjective. Secondly, we make a functional analysis for the response structure of the class of daoyeshi, and maintain that the mainly function of the response structure of the class of daoyeshi is the consent that expectation has been changed. According to the content of expectation to be changed, the response structure of the class of daoyeshi contains the expectation of partial modification, the expectation of complete modification and the expectation of none modification. The discourse functions of the response structure of the class of daoyeshi contain the connecting link preceding and the connecting link between the preceding and the following which can continue the topic but cannot open a new one. New information is always behind the two conditions. We then analyze the ancillary component of the response structure of the class of daoyeshi classified from the aspect of the semantic-function. They have a tightly connection with the discourse cohesion, semantic coherence, the need of prosody, modality and else.
