| Since the late 1990s, the number of art examinees for the college entrance examination in our country grows rapidly. Due to the increased enrollment in art colleges and art department in normal universities as well as the addition of art speciality in other universities, there appears a strong tendency toward the art examinations in the society, the phenomenon of which is called "the Art Test Fever". Entering the 21st century, the army of art examinees grows year by year, and the phenomenon of "the Art Test Fever" becomes even hotter and wider spread. With this development, the economy of "the Art Test Fever" and the culture as well as the market of it thrives. It makes money out of the art examinees. All sorts of special phenomena originated by it have raised extensive attention in the society.Based on the art tests of general colleges in Heber province, the author closely approached the art tests, trying to thoroughly understand and analyze them in order to provide the art examinees with a complete and clear recognition for the present situation in Hebei province. At the same time, the changes of the art tests under the new policy might be transferred to the examinees so as to lead and help them to form an appropriate evaluation and develop a long-term plan for themselves. In addition, this essay might offer an objective reference for parents as well as the society and play a positive role in the sustainable development of art education under the harmonious society.In the first place, the author made a general description of the status quo for art tests in Hebei province and then conducted a deeper investigation into the art examinees and undergraduate art students. Based on the detailed data analysis for the enrollment, admission and employment of art examinees as well as the common phenomena, typical mental status, survival and development need among them, the author carried out an in-depth analysis for the present situation of art tests in Hebei province. At last, a healthy development strategy was proposed. |
