Dynamic assessment is an interactive measurement model which puts emphasis on the individual psychological development in the future. Dynamic assessment, which combines individual's leaning process and learning results through teaching and intervention, can take both individual's future level and learning potential into consideration. Therefore, dynamic assessment can provide more information compared with the static test. The traditional dynamic assessment quantifies the learning potential by comparing the difference of scores between the pre-test and the post-test, which fails to explain the individuals who have extreme scores. It is a more challenging work when the pretest and the posttest are not parallel test. In addition, as the CTT is based on the distribution of the sample, it is unsuitable for dynamic assessment. Consequently, Embretson put forward the psychometric model based on IRT to solve these problems.Based on characteristics of language analogical Reasoning Ability of children This study Develops and designs a set of dynamic assessment scheme measurement in the combination of MRMLC measurement model, in order to evaluate children's language analogical Reasoning Ability and learning potential. This scheme adopts pretest-intervention 1 - posttest 1 - intervention 2 - posttest 2 as the dynamic evaluation pattern. There are two measurements and three interventions during the whole process, with 2 week interval between every two consecutive measurements. Prior to each post-test, a standard teaching intervention based on the characteristics of language analogical Reasoning of children was performed. Meanwhile, a series of studies on the design have been done, including compiling of the items, performing of the design, analysis the results of dynamic assessment and the quality of the tool. They are listed in the following:First, based on children's language analogical Reasoning Ability, the author puts forward six principles of compiling the test, three sets of children's language analogical Reasoning test were compiled ,According to screening principle of the difficulty in 0.5±0.2, Discrimination in 0.2 above and similar mean and standard deviation, Combining MRMLC model based on IRT . Secondly, we can analyze the quality of tests from the reliability and the validity of tests of children's analogical reasoning ability .The Results of Reliability of tests adopt coefficient of internal consistency, the results showed that each test coefficients is 0.7 above, it was higher. The Results of Validity of tests, including coefficients of teachers' evaluation and dynamic assessment results and coefficients of dynamic assessment results and academic performance, taking results of relevant and significant index to estimate the validity. Research results show that coefficients of six class teachers ' evaluation and dynamic assessment results were up to 0.3 above, and significant (P < 0.05), indicating that the dynamic evaluation result is valid. Adopting academic achievement as predictive variable and dependent variable with regression analysis, the results show that coefficient of academic performance and the ability measured by the posttest 2 is 0.259, and significant. Through the regression analysis of that taking initial ability measured by the pretest , the learning potential measured by the posttest1 and the learning potential measured by the posttest 2 as independent variables, academic performance as dependent variable ,the research result indicates that initial ability measured by the pretest , the learning potential measured by the posttest1 are good predictor.Again, adopting MRMLC model on children' language analogical Reasoning Ability, with the analysis and comparison, the dynamic assessment result shows that:(1) There is significant difference between pretest and the learning potential measured by the posttest 1 (p<0.05), and difference between the learning potential measured by the posttest 1 and the learning potential measured by the posttest 2 (p<0.05) are significantly; the study indicates that the intervention is really effective.(2) The application of MRMLC model can well solve interpretation of the changing value, We can estimate individual learning potential directly with MRMLC model, furthermore, we can quantify individual's learning potential. .Anyhow, according to characteristics of children's language analogical Reasoning Ability, This study Develops and designs a set of dynamic assessment scheme measurement in the combination of MRMLC measurement model under the dynamic assessment measurement paradigms, the results show that the scheme assessment tools are faithful and result of dynamic assessment is valid.
