Establish A Psychological Assessment System For Information Balanced Psychotherapy

This article establishes a new consultation method which is called information balanced psychotherapy (IBT) through document retrieval, investigation, casestudies and other methods, and on the basic of absorbing the theory and concept of cognitive therapy and bibliotherapy. The information balanced psychotherapy proposes that the individual mental disorders are produced owing to the unadaptable idea, which is not match to the actuality. And the IBT assumes that the formation of idea is an interiorizaion in the process of receiving information, so the therapeutic principle is to search the unadaptable idea. And check the opposite idea, provide the opposite information, ultimately change the unadaptable idea, and urge the information-idea-psychology circle to the better.On the basis of this theory, this article emphasizes to establish a psychological assessment system for itself. For the IBT, this system regards the degree of client's unadaptable ideas as the most important content of assessment. And assessment is applied from five aspects, including the duration, social function, suffering, depression score (SDS score) and anxiety score (SAS score), using the fuzzy mathematics to form a psychological assessment model. To get important information which has ideas, the IBT uses interview method which is assisted by semi-structured questionnaire, scaling method which mainly uses SAS and SDS, homework method which is a self-psychological report and recorder of the assessment and so on. And to get idiographic ideas, the IBT refine ideas by four skills:clarification, concatenate deduction, analysis of concerns and thesaurus, moreover, this is the most important phase in the whole process of assessment. And this system divides the procedure into four phases:information collection, ideas refining, assessment of unadaptable ideas' degree, feedback and confirm goals, effect assessment.This system definitely proposes the content, method, skill and attention and caution of it, which also formulates the process of assessment, and all of these make the implementation of this assessment become normalization and operationalization.
