On Professor Tao Song's "Course Of Cello Playing"

In this thesis, the author studies "Course of Cello Playing "(seven volumes of Scale Etudes Pieces) compiled by Professor Tao Song, analyzes the scales, etudes, and pieces volumes of course, tries to expatiate on teaching materials characteristics, technical systems, training methods, and other aspects of the artistic value of the exposition. The thesis focuses on the analysis of the technical systems of the text book, finds the features of the course from the theoretical side, and sums up the usage of the book with the author's own teaching experience from the practical side. The author hopes the thesis can help us to have a better understanding of the tutorial, grasp the essential material of the tutorial, so we can overcome the blindness of teaching, have a more clear purpose of teaching, and enhance the relevance of teaching for the different situations of students.
