Wannan Xingshu' Monographic Study In Kuo Mintang Controlled Regions During Anti-Japanese War Period

Wannan is among Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Anhui. During the Anti-Japanese War, It's surrounded by the neighboring enemy-occupied areas, Wannan was the largest area in the GMT regions in the Jiangnan regions. The establishment and administration of Wannan Xingshu effected the change of local social environment and urged the Kuomintang's government to build a optimum interactive mechanism with the social powers and the private sector. The most fact is that it played important role in ensuring the stabilization of local society and supported the Anti-Japanese War of Resistance. This thesis does an introduction to Wannan Xingshu from the political power and the organization of production, education, culture and other aspects of Wannan Xingshu. Meanwhile, it will give a further analysis about the social situation and development of Wannan Xingshu. The thesis does a simple study in Wannan Xingshu, which basis on the primary source. The paper basises the most primary source, seek accurately and unique and new, strive persist the principles of Irrespective of the above, does a simple present of the work of Wannan Xingshu and the social of Wannan during the Anti-Japanese, and does an interpretation necessarily.Among them, the part of the construction introduces organization, personnel building,County District Rural level divided, jurisdiction; and other areas to make a brief presentation and comment on its achievements made during the Anti-Japanese War of Resistance; The Organization of production is introduced form several aspects-- finance, institutions, agriculture, forestry, fishery, animal husbandry, mining and metallurgy industry and wartime economic control. Although, according the primary source about the organization of production, it shows that production and construction in Wanan Xingshu is still less developed, whether the GMT regime or Wanan Xingshu does well in limited political work during the whole war, and the paper will strive to restore the original data. The last part introduces the education and culture in Wannan Xingshu from National education, secondary education, higher education, social education, education as the guide. Although Wanan Xingshu didn't have effort and achievement in education, it's very difficult to keep it when it's in war.
