Research On The Motivation Mechanism Of Female Students In Universities

Thirty years after reform and opening up, there have been a great many changes in China, such as in politics area, economy area and culture area. From 1999 on, we start college expansion and our education is changed from elite education to popular education. So, there are more and more university students. Today, female students play an important role in universities and the number is rising. The investigation discovered that there are many problems in political beliefs, emotion, employment and female undergraduates'world view, life and values. In order to solve these problems, universities intend to take many motivation measures to mobilize the enthusiasm and initiation of the female undergraduates in their study and work.Generally speaking, motivation behavior is to mobilize people's enthusiasm and creativity in the best way. Motivation is actually through certain stimulation to prompt some thoughts, desire and behavior. Motivation mechanism is the use of certain inspirator through the means of motivation, achieve stimulated object interaction with the target. So, the motivation mechanism of female students in universities as research subjects in this paper. Based on the contents and problems about the motivation mechanism of female students in universities are discussed, to find motivation measures suit for female students in universities. Specifically, this paper is divided into five chapters.The first chapter:the basic concepts of the motivation mechanism of female students in universities.This section describes the conception of the motivation,the process of the motivation,the conceptin of motivation mechanism, the conception of motivation mechanism of universities students and the conception of motivation mechanism of female undergraduates.The second chapter:the theoretical basis of motivation mechanism of female undergraduates. This section expounds Marxism motivation theories, the motivation theories in domestic and foreign-related. The foreign motivation theories can be divided into content-based motivation theories, process-based motivation theories and integrated theories.The internal motivation theories include motivation theories in ancient China, the contemporary motivation theories. These theories provides theoretical basis for the motivation measures.The third chapter:the exploration of female undergraduates' ideological and political condition. This section analyzes political beliefs and female undergraduates' world view, life and values. It also analyzes the emotion and the psychological pressure of employment. Female undergraduates need motivation mechanism for their development.These new mechanism can improve female undergraduates' ideological and political condition.The fourth chapter:the contents and problems about the motivation mechanism of female students in universities. This section analyzes the material motivation, spiritual motivation and punishment motivation. It find out the problems of these motivation mechanism.The fifth chapter:the exploration of countermeasures about the motivation mechanism of female students in universities. This section discusses positive motivation and negative motivation, material motivation and spiritual motivation. In order to enhance the effects of the motivation mechanism of female undergraduates,we can carry out the work of female undergraduates from the construction of campus culture and motivation system.
