Tchaikovsky is one of the most well-known Russian composers who belongs to national school. He is known to the world by the creation of a realistic approach in his works. The most important feature used in his works is the distinct national music. "Du Muka" is one of the most representative piano works during Tchaikovsky's creative peak. Its background was the period during which Russia was ruled by the dark power. It expressed the author's dissatisfaction for the political system and his love for the country through the complex inner psychological conflicts and strong feelings.
