The Shape And Individuality Display Of Point In Oil Painting Of Landscape

It can not only change when necessary, summerize forms, hold fast to the unity but symbolize the mood and the emotion of the artist, represent the unique artistic style and personality of the artist as well. It penetrates time and space while eternally shaking the spirit of human beings, and this is the power of "point"Based on analyzing the shape of "point" and its trajectory in art works, this thesis attempt to discuss the interaction between "point"and the other language elements in a multi-layered way.The author will also further analyzing it based on the art practice, aim at investigating its life force and spiritual connotation, and reveal its value in individuality display of painting language. Correlating the detailed statement with some relevant art works, this thesis will classify, analyse and illustrate the function of point in oil painting of landscape from the following four aspects:the shape and shade of point, the shape and texture of point, the shape and space of point, the shape and mould of point.
