Zhu Qi Dong Trumpet Music Art Research

Trumpet is one soprano western brass instrument, which has special character, strong expressiveness and rich technical skills. Trumpet also occupies a decisive position in western orchestra. There is about 300 years'history from the key-touched trumpet, and it's more than 100 years from its'first appearance in China. Along with the development and reformation of music culture art education, our country had established a batch of professional art colleges, which provided good environment for the growth of trumpet and also trained lots of excellent talents on performance and education, from 1949.Zhu Qidong, who has been treated as one of the four grandmaster on Chinese trumpet education, one famous musician educator, excellent trumpet exponent, has been long engaged in trumpet teaching and has cultivated lots of first-rate trumpet players and teachers. He is not only one composer who has written symphony, but also one famous expert on trumpet. When he was young, Zhu had studied in America where he got trumpet performance Bachelor's degree, audio learning Master's degree and music doctor of philosophy in Northwestern university of America. Mr. Zhu has made great contribution on our trumpet business, he translated and published《Trumpet--Cornet Course》, and published《Trumpet Solo Album》,besides he compiled《Trumpet Five-tone Scale Daily Practice》.All his works has played import role on enhancing our country's trumpet performance level. He also created and adapted a mass of trumpet solo music, practice music, doubled music and music for orchestra. There are more than 100 musics in all. He has written《Trumpet Performance Arts》,《Acoustics Basics of Music》,and has published numerous professional papers on trumpet and other instruments. Mr. Zhu Qidong has written lots of works in his life, which relied on different parts of music. From the half century, students of Mr Zhu have been throughout the country, and has got the possession as chief trumpet of the major domestic and foreign orchestra.Mr. Zhu Qidong is one of the pioneers who did bold attempt to play national music with trumpet. By summarizing the consolidation of work and music works of Mr Zhu, the essay tries to elaborate in creating and played with the Chinese style of the works by Mr Zhu systematically, and analyses how to play the trumpet of art with Chinese nationalities technical skills combined in music, and then further develop appropriate national sentiment, music show image and artistic conception technical skills.
