Grade B of the Book for Selecting dates on bamboo-slips from Fangmatan Tomb of the Qin Dynasty in Gansu Province,was reorganized and divided into 30 Chapters.The majority of the reorganizations and the arrangements was more reasonable, but the order of arrangement still existed some problems of the discussion elucidating texts, aspects and so on titles.The present paper mainly aims at the above questions to study Grade B of the Book for Selecting dates on bamboo-slips from Fangmatan Tomb of the Qin Dynasty.
