Marriage influenced by prestige and career does not rule out the reasons for sex, but also is influenced by prestige and career. More importantly, they pay real feelings in a marriage full of thorns on the road. When drawing characters in realistic with Ghost's and Fox's love, the authors meet unappeasable emotions. The authors dig out characters'era features by their performance and explain the value of credibility through building characters. This thesis analyses the reasons for building characters in the Song Dynasty's legends. There are situations of domestic strife and foreign agression in the Song Dynasty and changes of independent business persons'social status because of speedy development of economy, in addition to birth and development of Song Learning together with aesthetic standards of that time.All of these influence deeply building characters in the Song Dynasty's legends. We can see the connection existing between characters and the environmental impact at that time, and demonstrate the social and literati at the contradictions and complexity. A lot of works in Song Dynasty's legends draw lives and emotions of average persons, face reality and keep eyes on lives, and they show the personal ways of the Song Dynasty, human relationships and pictures of people through building characters.
