MRI To HIFU Treatment Of Uterine Flesh Tumour Effect Assessment

ObjectiveUsing magnetic resonance evaluation HIFU uterine fibroids curative effect, and then discusses treatment of uterine flesh tumour HIFU influence factors.Materials and Methords1Study subject: Patient of uterine fibroids that are suit to UA.2Research and Observation indication35patients a total of66completed before treatment HIFU fibroids1week,1after the therapy, there are9cases were15fibroids patients do preoperative1week,1week after treatment,3months follow-up MRI flat and the general and enhance scanning, record before the position of the ablation fibroids, type, size and volume line, MRI T2WI signal,other16patients were given MRI and dynamic enhance1week before,1week after the therapy and through the rendering time-signal strength curve (time-signal intensity curve, TIC), measuring and calculating dynamic enhance parameters, parameters including the largest strengthen slope (maximum of slope, slopemax), early intensive rate (Sipost-SI pre)/Slpre x100%), the time to peak during200sec after the contrast administration (TTP200).Results1A total of66fibroids complete treatment and follow-up.(1) T2WI high-signal3%/,intermediate-signal15.2%,low-signal56%,mixed signal25.8%, show necrosis (P>0.05);(2) the ablation diameter line before fibroids<3cm33.3%,3-5cm30%,5-7cm25.8%,>7cm10,6%, the diameter line3-5cm fibroids, was statistically dignificant(F=29.941, P<0.05):(3) position, type and T1WI fibroids signal change and no significant correlation between ablation (P>0.05).215fibroids after the thrapy, enhance the MRI showed all fibroids appear ablation necrotic area and persist, compared with before treatment, the different time uterine fibroids volume even smaller, preoperative1week,3days,three month fibroid volume were109+114.31cm (F-5.930, P<0.05),69+95cm (F=14.533, P<0.05), and32.04+/-50.57cm (F=27.882, P<0.05).316fibroids dynamic enhance scanning completed before the thrapy, all appear no perfusion area.the fibroids early intensive>300%43.8%,<300%56.3%, and two groups of strengthening degree(P> O.05).ConclusionAfter ultrasound ablation, uterine fibroids diameter,blood situation and ablation dynamics effect has been much relationship, using preoperative MRI can estimate the ablation curative effect.
