Objectives:Through the detection of the different level of vascular cell adhesion molecule-1(VCAM-1) and granulocyte macrophage colony stimulating factor (GM-CSF) in the serum of pregnant women of preterm premature rupture the membrane group, pregnant women of term premature rupture the membrane group and normal Pregnant women in term with intact membranes group.explore the role of VCAM-1and GM-CSF in premature rupture of membranes.To discuss the relevance between the two factor, and evaluate the significance in predicting the premature rupture of membranes.Methods:Respectively,To detect the level of VCAM-1and GM-CSF in maternal blood of pregnant women,which among14cases of pregnant women of preterm premature rupture the membrane,15cases of pregnant women of term premature rupture the membrane and31cases of normal pregnant women in term fetal membranes with no broken by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA).and the experimental data were analized by statistical software of SPSS17.0.Results:(1) The serum level of VCAM-1in preterm premature rupture of membranes group, term premature rupture of membranes group, and fetal membranes with no broken group was respectively (41.19±5.53) ng/ml,(41.34±8.14) ng/ml and (19.85±6.27) ng/ml.Compared the serum levels of VCAM-1in each group, the level of VCAM-1was higher significantly in preterm premature rupture of membranes group compared with fetal membranes with no broken group (P<0.05). the level of VCAM-1was also higher significantly in term premature rupture of membranes group compared with fetal membranes with no broken group (P<0.05). but no significant different between preterm premature rupture of membranes group and term premature rupture of membranes group (p>0.05).(2) The serum level of GM-CSF in preterm premature rupture of membranes group, term premature rupture of membranes group, and fetal membranes with no broken group was respectively (415.02±42.93) ng/ml,(411.25±74.49) ng/ml and (86.75±11.96) ng/ml. Compared the serum levels of GM-CSF in each group, the level of GM-CSF was higher significantly in preterm premature rupture of membranes group compared with fetal membranes with no broken group (P<0.05) the level of GM-CSF was also higher significantly in term premature rupture of membranes group compared with fetal membranes with no broken group (P<0.05) but no significant different between preterm premature rupture of membranes group and term premature rupture of membranes group (p>0.05).(3) The serum level of VCAM-1and GM-CSF was positively correlated in the blood of premature rupture of membranes pregnant women groups(r=0.902, p<0.05)Conclution:l.The level of VCAM-1increased in the blood of pregnant women Premature rupture of membranes groups, but no significant differences between the preterm premature rupture of membranes group and term premature rupture of membranes group. so we speculated that both of them may be involved in the occurrence and development of the premature rupture of membranes.2. The level of GM-CSF increased in the blood of pregnant women Premature rupture of membranes groups. but no significant differences between the preterm premature rupture of membranes group and term premature rupture of membranes group, so we speculated that both of them may be involved in the occurrence and development of the premature rupture of membranes.3. The level of VCAM-1and GM-CSF was positively correlated in the blood of premature rupture of membranes pregnant women groups, so we speculated that both of them interacted and induced the occurrence of premature rupture of membranes, and could be used as a new indicator.
