As the rapid development of automation and information technology, not only brought great development to clinical medicine inspection field, but also provide solid foundation for scientific and effective treatments, made human health change a lot. Urine dreg microscope examination is one of the important ways of clinical diagnosis of inspection and identify, but, classic optical microscope detection of human visual observation mainly by counting, not only labor intensity and the unaccurate inspection, but also the results and subsequent operating also very difficult. So automatic urine dreg analyzer is very necessary.The purpose of this project is to develop an automatic urine dreg analyzer system, apply computer and digital image processing technology to it, process a urine sample to balance, centrifuge and transport to microscope processing automatically, and with the urine dry chemical results together, will be printed out for medical staff's analysis. As long as the operating staff can send command all in PC, the medical staff will get free from the complex labor,greatly improve the efficiency of the inspection.There are three main parts of this article's work:(1) Analysis and design the flow control of urinary sediment analyzer. First analysis the working principle of the system, make a system framework design, basic on the system framework,design specific methods of control flow, the system is divided into two main control module, namely in automatic handling control and automatic microscope control system. And then detailedly analysis the process control work of automatic sample handling and automatic microscope system,finally to the whole system control process series together to form a complete automation control process.(2) After analysis working of the urine dreg process control design, and on the basis of the analysis of design deficiencies of the main control board, motor control,communication of upper and lower computers, and the necessity of adding flow controller,make the optimization design. (3) The realization of main control board and motor control board and the speed control of motors, analyze the status of motors' speed control, proved the speed control of motors is effective through the actual test data.And then test the communication of upper and lower computers of urine dreg analyzer, and receive good effects.In the end,having been debugged with combined with all the relational equipments with samples, the system was proved running stability and efficiently.
