With the research of chemiluminescence technology, The understanding of chemiluminescence is deepening for people. Chemiluminescence analysis method is based on the strength or the gross of Radiation light by Chemical reactions to determine the content of the corresponding components which has the advantages of high sensitivity and wide linear range and simple instrument etc. In recent decades Chemiluminescence analysis method has been widely used in analysis field. Neverthelessly, the poor Selective of this method limits its application. As a kind of dark technology, chemiluminescence method don't need light source and the equipment is simple, which can be easily allied with and all kinds of separation technology to realize online determination. As a powerful means of separation technology, High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) method has the characteristics of high separation efficiency, improved selectivity, the fast speed of analysis, application range and wide range of applications. Chemiluminescence method combined with High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) method can solve the poor selective of chemiluminescence method, it separates Complex biological samples by High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC), and test the analyte by Chemiluminescence method. Chemiluminescence method Combined with High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) method has become a kind of effective trace and the trace analysis technology. This method has been widely used in medicine, metallurgy, chemical industry, environment, medicine and life science, clinical chemistry and other areas, which is used for testing the complex, low levels of components in the mixture of analysis.This paper is divided into two parts, the first part is a reviewe, the second part is the report.The review section informations includs the status of high performance liquid chromatography-chemiluminescence detection technology, the principle, Instrument structure, the main chemiluminescence reaction systems.The report consists of three parts:1Determination of diethylstilbestrol in human serum and animal tissues by HPLC separation with chemiluminescence detectionBased on the enhancement of diethylstilbestrol by the cerium(IV)—rhodamine6G chemiluminescence system, the method of determination of diethylstilbestrol in human serum and animal tissues by HPLC separation coupled with chemiluminescence (CL) was described. Under the optimum conditions, the CL intensity has a linear relationship with the concentration of naproxen in the range of1.0×10-8~2.5×10-6g/ml with the detection limit is3.0×10-9g/mL (3σ). The relative standard derivation for5.0×10-7g/ml diethylstilbestrol was2.1%(n=11).2Simultaneous determination of chlorpromazine hydrochloride and promethazine hydrochloride in human serum by HPLC separation with chemiluminescence detectionA flow injection analytical method was developed for the simultaneous determination of chlorpromazine hydrochloride and promethazine hydrochloride by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) with chemiluminescence (CL) detection. The procedure was based on the enhancement of chlorpromazine hydrochloride and promethazine hydrochloride by the luminol—KMnO4chemiluminescence system. The linear ranges of the method were1.5×10-8~3.0×10-6g/mL chlorpromazine hydrochloride with the detection limit is3.0×10-9g/mL (3σ),2.5×10-8~5.0×10-6g/mLpromethazine hydrochloride with the detection limits is7.0×10-9g/mL (3σ). The method was applied to the simultaneous determination of chlorpromazine hydrochloride and promethazine hydrochloride in human serum.3Simultaneous determination of enrofloxacin and its metabolite ciprofloxacin in chicken tissues by high performance liquid chromatography with chemiluminescence detectionBased on the chemiluminescent enhancement of enrofloxacin and its metabolite ciprofloxacin to Ce(SO4)2Ru(bpy)32+-HNO3chemiluminescence system, a novel method was developed for the simultaneous determination of enrofloxacin and its metabolite ciprofloxacin by high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) with chemiluminescence (CL) detection. The linear ranges of the method were1.0×10-9~3.0×10-7g/mL.the detection limit of enrofloxacin was4.0×10-10g/mL (3σ) and ciprofloxacin was5.6×10-10g/mL (3σ). The method was applied to the simultaneous determination of chlorpromazine hydrochloride and promethazine hydrochloride in chicken tissues.
