Objective:This paper in fructus schisandrae related components of the extraction process, chemical composition and biological activity.Methods:By using solvent extraction and supercritical CO2extraction of fructus schisandrae related compounds of extraction and separation, get fat oil, always fructus schisandrae lignans and polysaccharides, on the basis of the best fructus schisandrae fat oil technology screening; With thin layer chromatography, high performance liquid chromatography and GC-MS fructus schisandrae chemical composition qualitative and quantitative analysis. GC-MS fat oil analysis to phthalic acid methyl ester, nutmeg acid methyl ester, phthalic acid ethyl ester, stearic acid methyl ester,17(acid methyl ester, and hexadecanoic acid methyl ester, linoleic acid methyl ester,9-18carbon ene acid methyl ester containing the6.32%,2.85%,3.07%,5.05%,9.63%,12.35%,45.19%,15.54%. Majority of fatty acid, linoleic acid content of the highest. Fenton method is used to determine the fructus schisandrae polysaccharides have antioxidant activity.Conclusion:In this paper the experimental study of fructus schisandrae related components were the best extraction process on the quality assessment, and the anti-oxidant activity polysaccharide. Therefore, in this paper the comprehensive exploitation and utilization of fructus schisandrae laid a good foundation.
