The Study Of "Warming Yang And Nourishing Qi" Acupuncture On EAMG Rats Serum Expression Level Of TGF-β And TNF-α

Purpose:"Wen Yang Bu Qi" Acupuncture Therapy for treatment of EAMG rats, through the observation of EAMG rats serum TGF-β-, TNF-α, the changes of expression level of analysis," Wen Yang Bu Qi"Acupuncture Therapy for treatment of MG's mechanism of action and the effect of acupuncture in the treatment of MG, in order to improve the application level to provide objective basis.Method:Using AChRal129-145peptide immunization60female Lewis rats, the establishment of EAMG rat animal model; random selection model in30EAMG rats were divided into an acupuncture group,10, drug control group10, model group10, and earlier purchased without modeling the10big the rat as blank control group; acupuncture treatment group to " Wen Yang Bu Qi"Acupuncture Therapy drug control group was treated with pyridostigmine bromide gastric lavage treatment, the remaining two groups without any special treatment, just as control observation; after the end of treatment,4groups of rats tail root vein blood, determined by ELESA rat serum TGF-β,TNF-α content.Result:EAMG rat animal model after the success of the model control group, EAMG TNF in rat serum alpha expression level increased significantly, compared with the blank control group with a very significant difference (P<0.01), TNF-α in the pathogenesis of EAMG plays an important role; after the treatment, acupuncture treatment group and medication group EAMG TNF-α in rat serum alpha expression level decreased significantly, acupuncture treatment group compared with the model control group, with significant difference (P<0.05), drug treatment group compared with the model control group, there was a significant difference (P<0.01). EAMG rat animal model after the success of the model control group, EAMG TGF-β in rat serum beta expression level significantly decreased, as compared with the blank control group with a very significant difference (P<0.01), TGF-β in the pathogenesis of EAMG plays an important role; after the treatment, acupuncture treatment group and medication group EAMG TGF in rat serum beta expression level was significantly elevated, compared with model control group, with significant difference (P<0.01).Conclusion:The experimental results show that "Wen Yang Bu Qi"Acupuncture Therapy and pyridostigmine bromide on EAMG has better therapeutic effect; acupuncture curative effect in treatment group and medication group, no significant difference (P>0.05),"Wen Yang Bu Qi"Acupuncture Therapy for the treatment of EAMG with pyridostigmine bromide close."Wen Yang Bu Qi"Acupuncture Therapy on MG has good treatment effect, the method can adjust the TNF-aand TGF-β expression levels in the treatment of the role of MG, MG and moxibustion as one of the main treatment methods, MG can effectively enhance the level of treatment.
