| Natural drugs have many characters, such as low energyconsumption, low pollution, and high safety. So they areenvironment-friendly drugs which have become a hot spot. Matrinecompounds are typical natural organic compounds which behave highbiological activity, and they have gradually become the main part ofdrugs research. My main jobs are synthesizing four types of matrinecompounds and studying the biological activity of them. At the same timewe have got some significant research results.1. We synthesized four types of matrine compounds withsophocarpine as raw material, and they were13-methoxy matrine,13-ethylamino matrine, nitromethane bonus product and ethylacetoacetate bonus product. Through the help of1HNMR, IR, MS andelemental analysis on the reaction products, we investigated structurecharacterization of these compounds. We optimized reaction conditionsand purification process in order to improve the synthetic yield.2. We studied the biological activity of four matrine compounds.Firstly matrine compounds which had good disinfection effect to the bacteria breeding body were synthesized successfully, and they suited asdisinfectants, deserving further study. Secondly through the insecticidaltest results, we could see the using volume of spray was directlyproportional to the insecticidal effect. The biological activities of fourcompounds were better than matrine and sophocarpine.3. According to the structure-activity relationship of four compouds,we forecasted one new compound, and designed two kinds of syntheticroutes. With the assist of CODESSA software, we found the newcompound meet principle of drug evaluation, and it had potentialbiological activity. |
